How often should I use the cup for best results?
It is best to use the cups every other day, for a maximum of 3 minutes per area. Take good care of your body before and after the treatment with the Hydrating Body Wash and Sculpting Body Oil and drink enough water. You will experience effects within 2 weeks.
What material is the cup made of?
The cups are made of the best, high-quality, anti-allergic silicone material, BPA free. This ensures that they are safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our silicone is soft yet durable, designed to maintain its shape over time without tearing or losing effectiveness. This means you can enjoy long-lasting, safe, and effective massages.
How do I clean the cup?
You can easily clean the cups with dishwashing liquid and warm water or in the washing machine and dishwasher.
I don't see any results after a week, is this possible?
The result depends on the consistency and use of the cup. Every body is different, but after regular correct use of the cup, the body will become more radiant, softer and firmer.

Could I experience pain during the massage?
This is possible, some people experience using the cup as painful, especially when you just started using it. Make sure that you apply less vacuum to the cup and that you use enough Hydrating Body Wash, this will ensure that the cup stays in place and can move easily over the body.
What can I do if a bruise occurs?
If you have just started massaging, it may be that the blood circulation has not yet been stimulated enough and you may experience redness and sometimes bruising. If the latter is the case, stop massaging until the buzz has reduced. Through use, blood circulation improves and this will decrease over time, so you will also notice that the skin becomes elastic and softer.
Can I also use my own body wash or oil?
Of course you can also use your own body wash or oil to ensure that the cup can be vacuumed enough and can move. However, care before and after treatment is crucial to achieve the desired effect. I am having trouble using the cup properly, what am I doing wrong?
Make sure you read our instructions carefully and don't forget to apply the Hydrating Body Wash first. In addition, do not use too much force when moving the cup, you only have to ensure that the cup moves over your body.
Is de cup geschikt tijdens de zwangerschap?
We do not recommend using the cup during your pregnancy. It is of course an ideal product to care for your skin before and after your pregnancy. Never use the cups on a scar that has not yet healed.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
In Nederland geldt: vóór 23:59 uur besteld, morgen in huis! Voor andere Europese landen bedraagt de levertijd 1 tot 6 dagen.
My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
