How to use
Step 1 – Prepare for cupping
Thoroughly cleanse your skin with our Hydrating Body Wash. Clean skin ensures better grip and optimal absorption of active ingredients.
Tip: Take a warm shower to open your pores and stimulate blood circulation.
Step 2 – Create a vacuum
Gently squeeze the massage cup, place it on your skin, and release to create a vacuum.
Tip: Apply a generous layer of a special cupping body wash or cupping oil (for example, our Hydrating Body Wash or Sculpting Body Oil) beforehand to help the cup glide smoothly over your skin and prevent irritation.
Step 3 – Cupping
Move the cup in slow, circular motions for 3 minutes per area, following the natural contours of your body. For the face, move from top to bottom, paying extra attention to the vacuum. It doesn't have to be too tight.
Tip: Start with light pressure and gradually increase your pressure. Pay extra attention to areas where your skin feels firmer or drier.
Step 4 – Care
After the massage, care for your skin with the Sculpting Body Oil for extra nourishment and repair. Drink plenty of water to help eliminate toxins faster and hydrate your skin from within.
Tip: Gently massage the cupping oil in and take a moment to relax after your treatment.
Extra tip: Preferably use the cups in the evening so your skin can optimally recover overnight. Consistency is key: repeat this routine for the best results!
