Returns Policy

We do everything we can to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service. However, it may happen that a product does not fully meet your expectations. That's why we have a 30-day return period: you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to register your return.

How do returns work?

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Receive Return Label:
After you register, you will receive a return label and further instructions by email.

Processing and Refund:
Once we have received and inspected your return in good order, you will receive the purchase price (minus shipping costs) back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies sometimes need extra processing time.

We cannot accept returns without registration via the returns portal.

Sustainability

We do not offer free returns. This is to prevent unnecessary returns and additional transport movements, thus reducing our ecological footprint.

Damage or incorrect delivery

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Is your product damaged, defective or did you receive the wrong item? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@sasostore.com, so we can resolve the problem quickly.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will refund the amount (minus shipping costs) to your account or credit card within 10 business days.
