    How do you use the SASO Face Cups?

    3. Squeeze the cup, place it on your skin, and release to create a vacuum.
    4. Move the cup in gentle, flowing strokes over your face, always moving towards the lymph nodes (for example, from the center of your face outward).
    5. Treat each area for 1-2 minutes and repeat 2-3 times a week for best results.
